Dry brushing

Dry brushing is exactly what it sounds like… brushing the skin in a particular pattern with a dry brush. Do it right before you step in the shower . It recommends starting at the tops of your feet and brushing upward toward the heart. Don't forget to include the backs of your arms and your back.



Choosing the right brush


Natural bristle brushes are less stiff and harsh on your skin. A soft bristle brush with a long

handle is optimal because it is gentle on your skin and allows you to reach your back.
