Lately,we have been having new experiences.Our lives have changed and we have to adjust.We spend many more hours at home.Professional work,schoolwork and free time activities have to take place at home too.

There is no place like home.That's where our day starts and finishes.What's where we relax and recover at the end of the day.At least that is how it used to be.Nowadays,apart from us,homes shelter our anxieties and worries of the present situation.

The following advice will help in turning your place into your personal heaven on earth.


CREATE YOUR OWN PLACE OF WORK


It is rather essential for you to have a specific place to work if there is not astudy at home.Any place would do,as long as its enables you keep your paperwork and documents there.It is not agood idea to have them scattered around the house.This way you will be able to enjoy your free time as if you have never worked at home.



INTRODUCE PLANTS IN YOUR HOME DECORATION

Plants have always boosted the image of our houses.Apart of the beauty they provide,they are rather beneficial.There are plants(ficus,fern)that filter the air and release cleaner air without allergenic substances or carbon dioxide while controlling humidity levels.This way, they provide a healthier environment.A flower can improve our mood,change our frame of mind and relieve stress.




TURN YOUR BEDROOM INTO A HOTEL SUITE



A bedroom should only be used for sleep.Leave out of it any worries or anxieties.Avoid gathering too many objects in your bedroom too,and try using warm linen.It will definitely help you relax.So will some candles and dim light.





USE FRAGNANCE NOTES

Nice fragnance notes help to improve your mood.Keep your room ventilated.It is rather essential especially nowadays,since we spend much more time at home.A lightly open window is a rather good idea.Do not hesitate to use essential oils.They will make you feel calmer,happier and more active.

Music is one of the easiest ways that will make you feel better and take your mind off every day problems.Research has shown that listening to music boosts memory and concentration while relieving stress.

So,there is nothing better at the end of a tiring day.





DECORATION AND POSITIVE ENERGY


Let air and energy flow without having objects blocking them.Some yellow green or lilac sofa cushions would enhance the decoration of your living room.Try to keep your house tidy.Untidiness and stuffy places are a sign of stagnation and negative energy.So,let energy flow in a neat tidy house.Keeping it in a good condition will also enable you to get around easily.




There are so many ways in which you can enjoy time while staying at home.Be optimistic and never lose hope.We will soon be free again to enjoy our outdoor activities and everyday lives.
